Return and Exchange Policy

• Goods that do not meet the quality assured are subject to return.
• Goods can also be exchanged but it depends on the agreement with clients as if it was stated earlier or not.
• Products like gemstones with high values are subject to final sale with no return or exchange policy unless it is proven that the product received does not meet the standard promised to.
• We give a period of one week for the client to make assurance of the product. Further than that goods cannot be returned or exchanged. The counting for a week starts from the day the goods reach their destination shipping time is excluded.
• Goods that are lightly worn, with tags still on, original packaging and in original condition can only be returned with full repayment.
• Exchange policy is only applied in terms of store credit or a product of equal value or with higher value. In no circumstances is the store liable to pay back money in exchange policy.
